1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases made by consumers in this online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free to the destinations listed in the Shipping Policy, unless otherwise stated before you complete your purchase. For deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands you will not have to pay any additional costs on delivery. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, import taxes and customs handling fees may apply, payable on receipt of the order, as explained in the Shipping Policy.

4. Purchase process

Add the product to the cart, enter your shipping details, choose the payment method and confirm the order. Before paying you can review and correct your details. After the purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. The contract is concluded in Spanish.

5. Payment methods

Credit or debit card and the other methods shown on the payment screen (for example, PayPal). The charge is made when the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation (10 to 25 business days to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, due to customs procedures). You will receive a tracking number. If we cannot deliver within a maximum of 30 days, you may cancel the order and we will refund the full amount.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The procedure, costs and form are detailed in the Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery provided for in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If the product has a lack of conformity, you can choose between repair or replacement, unless one of them is impossible or disproportionate. If neither is possible, you can request a price reduction or termination of the contract. To use the guarantee, write to us at raulparrastapia7@gmail.com. Shipping costs for a defective product are paid by us.

9. Product use

The products are wellness and relaxation items, not medical devices. Read the manual and safety warnings before use. Do not use the product if you have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, if you are pregnant, if you suffer from epilepsy or heart problems, or on wounds or irritated skin. Not suitable for under-18s.

10. Customer service and complaints

You can contact us at raulparrastapia7@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. You can also contact the consumer services of your region.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence.
