Shipping policy

Destinations

We ship to all of Spain: the mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Cost

Shipping is free.

Delivery time

The estimated time is 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Orders may be shipped from our suppliers' warehouses located outside Spain, so the time may vary slightly during periods of high demand.

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the estimated time is 10 to 25 business days, because the parcel has to go through customs.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you always know where your parcel is.

Taxes and customs

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: prices include VAT and you will not have to pay any additional costs when you receive your order. If a carrier asks you for a payment, do not pay it and email us at raulparrastapia7@gmail.com: we will sort it out.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: these territories have their own tax systems (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla) and shipments go through customs. Depending on the case, the carrier may charge you import taxes and a customs handling fee when delivering the parcel. These amounts are set by customs or the carrier, not by us. Issues

If your order does not arrive within the stated time, arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at raulparrastapia7@gmail.com and we will fix it. If you have not received it within 30 days of ordering, you may cancel the purchase and we will refund the full amount.
