Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product to return it without giving any reason.

How to request it

  1. Email us at raulparrastapia7@gmail.com with your name, order number and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can use the model form at the end, although it is not mandatory.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your request.
  3. Send the product, with its accessories, within a maximum of 14 days from when you told us your decision, to this address:

Return costs

If you return the product because you changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is paid by you. If the product arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, the costs are paid by us: write to us before sending it and we will tell you how to do it.

Refund

We will refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs (where applicable, the cost of standard shipping), within a maximum of 14 days from receiving your request. We will use the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of having returned it, before refunding.

Condition of the product

You may try the product as you would in a physical store. If the product is returned with more wear than needed to check its nature and operation, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund.

Defective products: 3-year guarantee

If the product fails within 3 years of delivery, you are entitled to the legal guarantee (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as appropriate). Email us at raulparrastapia7@gmail.com with a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or video.
